Wine Costs

The cost of wine is really up to you, the program host! There are are fine wines from $12.99 a bottle all the way up to hundreds of dollars. In general, groups typically spend between $75 and $95 for three premium 750 ml. bottles of wine per destination. This includes purchasing, packaging, shipping, and all taxes. Multiplying this by the total number of destinations will give you a good idea of the total wine costs for a program. Cheese, charcuterie, vegan treats, and delicious non-alcoholic options are available to add-on by request!

Program Fees

For corporate groups, Creative Wine Solutions charges a flat rate of $395 plus $15 per participant, and this includes everything we do: hosted 90 minute, sommelier-guided tasting workshop, wine selection, coordination and tracking of shipping, communication with the Business Partner (contact person) and individual team members, as well as any trouble-shooting that comes up along the way, particularly with shipping logistics! 

Money Saving Tip!

Some groups are choosing to offer two wines instead of three for their tasting. This reduces the overall cost significantly while still offering plenty to discuss at a program. We will always endeavor to work with your budget!
